Our History

Under the name "Services Integrales Aeronáuticos," Siaca® was incorporated on December 16, 2012, laying the foundation for global growth and a success story that continues to this day. At Siaca, we are a Certified Airport Specialized Services Provider, accredited by the National Institute of Civil Aeronautics (INAC) under RAV 111 (CESA-012) and RAV 5 (CASMS-013).

VENEZUELA'S MOST ADVANCED GSE FLEET

We own a full fleet of Ground Service Equipment (GSE) including main and lower floor loaders, baggage conveyors, covered bag carts, baggage tractors, push tractors and tow bars, among others, which allow us to deliver and provide a range of ramp services.

At Siaca® we are certified in the Safety Management System (SMS) under INAC. Siaca® has developed its own integrated management system, which meets current industry standards including ISO 9001: 2015, the international quality management standard, the sector-specific IATA Ground Operations Manual (IGOM) and the ISAGO standard.
